PH: What city do you represent? What is your hometown?
Roxy Milan: I represent Memphis, Tn. which is my hometown, as well as Atlanta which is where I reside.

PH: What are your measurements?
Roxy Milan: 36-25-42 and a half

PH: What is your nationality?
Roxy Milan: West Indian and black

PH: What kind of modeling is it that you do?
Roxy Milan: I'm an urban model since I'm so curvy, I hate that you have to be super frail to be considered Runway.

PH: How long have you been modeling?
Roxy Milan: I dabbled a little bit in '09 but I put my heart into it around May of this year and now I'm seeing results, so I guess I will stick with it for a while!

PH: What inspirations did you have on becoming a model? How did you get started?
Roxy Milan: Modeling kind of just happened for me it was never something I dreamed about however acting and or being behind the scenes is something I originally wanted to do. I got started May 09 I went to a XXL casting in LA and I won the web candy of the month, I did a little something afterwards, but at the time I was in school and wasn't focused on it. So this year I submitted myself for SmoothGirl Mag I got picked, went to Jamaica to shoot and it was on from there!

PH: If people could describe you in one sentence what would they say?
Roxy Milan: They would say that I'm such a hard worker, and that I motivate them to work hard, I hear that a lot!

PH: What are some of your most important accomplishments as a model?
Roxy Milan: To be one of 12 girls to get featured in the SmoothGirl Jamaica was big for me, also I just landed the cover of Straight Stuntin which comes out in December 2011.

PH: What sets you apart from other models in the industry?
Roxy Milan: First of my complexion for one sets me apart most ladies that's in the forefront of the game either Spanish, Red, or something else.. Also my eyes are very captivating people notice them before anything so they say lol.

PH: What are some of the people/companies you’ve had the pleasure of working with?
Roxy Milan: I have had the pleasure of working with Nuvo, Gucci Mane, Rocko, TI, Dj Kay Slay, just to name a few!

PH: Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
Roxy Milan: Five years from now I plan on being a Vet in the Urban game and on to acting. I also plan on having my own business and a special someone that I can grow with and eventually have a family with.

PH: What do you think is the most attractive part of your body?
Roxy Milan: My Eyes

PH: Are you currently single?
Roxy Milan: at this moment yes I am single

PH: What’s the worse pickup line you’ve heard?
Roxy Milan: It's not a line, but I find it funny when guys ask me to use my phone and then call theirs, it's happened twice to me before now I'm so alert when guys ask me that, I just say just ask me for my number so I can say NO. Don't sneak and get a girls number, get it by just asking either you are going to get it or you not!

PH: Name a piece of clothing that you have kept forever, and reason why
Roxy Milan: its not a piece of clothing, but I have a pink and purple backpack my granny gave me that I refuse to let go!

PH: How many handbags and shoes do you own? Are you more of a shoe fanatic or a handbag fanatic? Which bags or shoes interest you the most?

Roxy Milan: I have so many shoes and handbags and still adding to the collection. I'm more of a shoe fanatic vs handbags. I luv Louis Vuitton hand bags and shoes like Giuseppe, Brian Atwood and of course Christian Louboutin.

PH: What is something about you that people would be surprised to know?
Roxy Milan: People are always so surprised when I tell them that I don't like taking pictures, but I have to because that's apart of my job.

PH: What do you feel is the biggest misconception about you?
Roxy Milan: I hate when people say that I model for attention, I model because I enjoy it and of course it brings the model attention Duh! Lol.

PH: What do you like to do you in your spare time?
Roxy Milan: In my spare time I like to relax and write, it gives me a peace of mind!

PH: What is some advice you can give to other models trying to break into the modeling world?
Roxy Milan: Upcoming models please don't belittle yourselves to try and make it in this industry, if it's meant for you to be in this game you will, and sleeping your way to the top is not what's up, everyone always end up finding out and it gives us real models a bad name!
