Here at Pretty Hustlaz, we’re all about celebrating the achievements and endeavors of incredible women. However, there are some occasions that are just too important to pass up, and the BMajor Foundation’s Cocktails & Conversations event is one of them.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the BMajor Foundation hosted an unforgettable evening that brought together a diverse panel of influential figures to discuss the importance of mental health in our communities. And let us tell you, it was a night to remember!

NFL Legend Bryant McKinnie lent his support to the event, emphasizing the significance of mental health awareness, especially within the sports community. But what truly made this event stand out were the incredible women who graced the panel.

From 99 Jamz’s Supa Cindy to Jazz Anderson, daughter of Tami Roman, and America’s Next Top Model alum Toccara Jones, the panel was packed with powerhouse women who shared their insights and experiences on mental health. Joining them were Nicole Zavala of Cartel Crew, Dr. Michelle Powell, and Lathosha Alexander, each bringing their own unique perspective to the conversation.

Of course, we can’t forget about the fellas who added their voices to the discussion. NFL Legend Ray Rice and Dr. Jeff Rocker were among the influential men in attendance, highlighting the importance of unity and support in tackling mental health challenges.

Moderating this incredible panel was none other than Dr. Tasha, who effortlessly guided the conversation with grace and wisdom.

The event was not only a platform for open dialogue but also an opportunity to raise awareness and destigmatize conversations surrounding mental health. It served as a reminder that no one is alone in their struggles and that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

As advocates for women’s empowerment and mental health awareness, we salute the BMajor Foundation for organizing such a impactful event. It’s moments like these that remind us of the power of community and the importance of coming together to support one another.
