From the Pretty Hustle Link Up XVI to the Bigger Picture: Getting to Know the Women Behind the Room
At the Pretty Hustle Link Up XVI, the conversations went far beyond business cards and introductions.
Women came together to connect, collaborate, share wisdom and remind one another that the vision is worth pursuing.
Among the powerhouse women who brought her perspective to the room was Jinah Lawrence, The Broker — a licensed Florida and Georgia real estate broker, entrepreneur and CEO whose journey is a powerful example of what can happen when preparation, perseverance and purpose collide.
And now, we’re going beyond the panel.
Welcome to “Who’s Behind the Link Up?” — a Pretty Hustlaz editorial series designed to introduce you to the women who helped make the Link Up experience what it was and give you a closer look at the businesses, journeys and wisdom behind the women sitting at the table.
MEET THE WOMAN BEHIND THE BROKER TITLE
Jinah Lawrence is the CEO and Broker/Owner of Premier Realty Homes FL & GA, as well as the CEO of Premier National Title.
Licensed in both Florida and Georgia, Jinah has built a growing real estate business and brokerage while expanding her footprint across two states.
But her entrepreneurial story didn’t begin with a broker’s license.
Before entering real estate, Jinah spent 15 years working as a case manager.
Then the pandemic created a pivot.
What began as a career transition ultimately became an entrepreneurial journey that led Jinah to becoming a broker and owner, building a team of agents and growing a business of her own.
Today, her brokerage has grown to approximately 35 agents, with dozens of closed transactions and continued expansion between Florida and Georgia.
And her accomplishments have not gone unnoticed.
Jinah was also selected for the Miami Realtors YPN 2023 “20 Under 40” class, recognizing emerging professionals making their mark in the real estate industry.
THE VISION IS BIGGER THAN YOU
One of Jinah’s most powerful messages is about responsibility.
Having a vision isn’t simply about what you want to accomplish for yourself. It’s also about recognizing the people who may be impacted by the work you’re called to do.
“When you refuse to walk in the vision God gave you, you’re not only holding yourself back—you’re withholding what you were called to give the people you’re meant to serve.”
That perspective shifts the conversation around entrepreneurship.
The vision isn’t just a business idea.
It’s a responsibility.
It’s the realization that your gifts, experience and knowledge may be exactly what someone else needs to move forward.
FAILURE IS PART OF THE BUSINESS PLAN
Entrepreneurship doesn’t come with a guarantee that everything will work the first time.
There will be pivots. Setbacks. Lessons. Doors that close. Plans that change.
For Jinah, failure isn’t the end of the story.
It’s part of the process.
“Failure is part of the business plan. Fall down, get back up—and keep going.”
It’s the kind of reminder every entrepreneur needs — especially when the behind-the-scenes reality doesn’t look anything like the polished version people see online.
Success isn’t necessarily about never falling.
Sometimes it’s about developing the resilience to get back up.
FAITH, PAIN & PROVISION
And then there’s faith.
For Jinah, the journey isn’t separated from her belief in God. Her experiences, her pain and her vision are all connected to something bigger than herself.
“God gave me the pain. God gave me the vision. So He’s going to have to make the provision.”
There’s power in that perspective because it speaks to a familiar entrepreneurial reality: sometimes you can see the vision long before you can see the resources required to bring it to life.
The challenge becomes continuing to believe, build and move forward while the provision catches up to the vision.
FROM CASE MANAGER TO CEO & BROKER
Jinah’s story is also a reminder that your previous chapter doesn’t disqualify you from your next one.
Fifteen years as a case manager gave her years of experience working with people, navigating challenges and understanding the importance of advocacy and service.
The pandemic became a turning point.
Real estate became the new lane.
And eventually, entrepreneurship became the destination.
Today, Jinah isn’t simply working inside the industry — she’s building within it, leading a brokerage, developing a team and expanding across state lines.
WHY WOMEN LIKE JINAH MATTER IN THE ROOM
This is exactly why the Pretty Hustle Link Up exists.
Not simply to put women in the same room.
But to create opportunities for women to LINK UP, LEVEL UP & WIN.
Every woman brings a different story, industry, perspective and network to the table.
And when those women connect, the possibilities become bigger than any one person.
Jinah’s message is a reminder that entrepreneurship isn’t only about building something successful.
It’s about understanding why you were given the vision in the first place.
It’s about getting back up.
It’s about trusting the process.
And it’s about recognizing that the thing you’re building may ultimately be bigger than you.
THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING
The Pretty Hustle Link Up XVI may be over, but the conversations are continuing.
Through “Who’s Behind the Link Up?”, Pretty Hustlaz is going deeper — introducing you to the women who shared the stage, contributed to the conversations and brought their expertise into the room.
Because we don’t just want you to know their names.
We want you to know their stories.
And Jinah Lawrence is just the beginning.
