Being a part of the Pretty Hustlaz team is an experience like none other. Words can’t describe the feeling I get when I’m out attending events, sharing experiences and meeting Pretty Hustlaz from all walks of life. Last night was no different. When I got an invite to come party with “The 05 Boys” at their All White Affair, I was flattered. When I found out I was covering another business owned by a girl boss, I was ecstatic! Permishia affectionately known as Mishia, is the owner of The Girls Next Door. She is a Miami native that now resides in Jacksonville. The Girls Next Door is a bartending service founded in spring of 2016. The neighborly and friendly vibe of Jacksonville was combined with the high end appeal of Miami to bring you a luxurious drink service whose tag line is “Where Bartending Meets Class.” The Heart & Soul of this company encompasses professionalism, class, diversity, integrity, respect and beauty. All of the ladies are certified mixologists with a knack for hosting and servicing the needs of customers. Hosting and promoting are among the vast premium services that are offered.
When we see bartenders behind the bar, what they do is often taken for granted. We go to the bar, get the drink of our choice and keep it moving without a second thought. Meanwhile a lot goes into getting that drink in your hands. A good bartender must be knowledgeable of different drinks, able to execute them quickly, as well as communicate with their customer in noisy environments. It’s also imperative to keep a clean area throughout all of the hustle and bustle. I watched the ladies of The Girls Next Door do all of this and more as they served and entertained the guest at The All White Affair hosted by The 05 Boys. Music was provided by none other than DJ Tight himself. The duties of these ladies don’t stop at the bar. Bottle service is also a service of theirs. The customer received their respective bottles and any other request delivered straight to their tables by a bartender assigned to that area. Needless to say The 05 boys made the right choice in selecting The Girls Next Door to serve their event. Outside of music and food, the drinks can definitely make or break your event.
