Sza’s debut album CTRL, which made it to the No. 3 spot on Billboard, has gained massive attention with her distinct sounds and gypsy-like ambiance. CTRl, is like floating into a dream, with collaborations from Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, and Isaiah Rashad. There’s also the inclusion of phone calls with her mom and grandmother, used as interludes throughout the album.To top off a successful release, as of Wednesday, she was notified that her single “Love Galore,” featuring Travis Scott, went platinum. This is a well deserved accomplishment for the singers’ first album release, as she took to twitter to express her excitement about the plaque:
